I don't blame him for being hacked off. Did you know his first race car was

Ed Pink Racing Names Frank Honsowetz General Manager

VAN NUYS, Calif., March 25, 2001 - Ed Pink, owner and founder of Ed
Pink Racing Engines, (EPRE) today announced the appointment of Frank
Honsowetz to the position of General Manager.
Honsowetz, formerly Manager of Nissan North America's Motorsports
Operation, will oversee day-to-day operations at the highly regarded
performance engine development facility.
"We are fortunate to have someone with Frank's vast experience and
reputation within the high-performance industry joining our family,"
explained Pink.  "He and I forged a strong relationship, based on
mutual respect and trust over the past six years (while working on
the Infiniti Indy IRL program) and he will be a strong addition to
our company.
"We have been looking for someone for this job for a number of
years," he continued.  "Fortunately for us, the timing is right for
him to make a career change and we're thrilled to have him onboard,
we couldn't have found a better person for this job."

Honsowetz, 47, was employed by Nissan North America for 27 years.
Twenty of those years were spent in the company's motorsports
department -- the last 10 as the manager of all North American
motorsports activities.

Established in 1957, EPRE has been at its Van Nuys facility since
1965.  The company has built winning race engines for nearly every
form of motorsports, including; Top Fuel Drag Racing, Indy Cars,
Prototype Sports Cars, USAC Oval Track Racing, and Off-Road Truck
Racing.  EPRE has developed winning race engines for numerous auto
manufacturers including Ford, Porsche, Pontiac and Nissan.
Race engines developed by EPRE have powered the cars of many notable
race drivers including; Kenny Bernstein, Tom Sneva, Tony Stewart,
Jason Leffler, Kenny Irwin Jr., Al Unser Sr., Geoff Brabham, Don
