Hello!
       You definately have a later style fender on one side.    I'd also
check very carefully where the rust is on the floor.   I have a car that had
dirt and crap wedged between the frame and floorboards that rusted out the
floor.... you can imagine how the frame looked on that one!   Also, how in
the world do you lose an outrigger?  Rusted off?   If so, that cars frame is
most like a goner!!    7 years of not running means that the oil has most
likely drained from the top end and bearings (potential rust/frozen up) and
definately bad gas left in the lines, carbs, gas tank (A pain to clean, but
cleanable).  You might find out the last time the car was run... 7 years
ago?      $4000 for that car as you describe it is NOT a deal I'd ever do...
perhaps $500 for it?
