Synthetic oil failures - R16

Peter:  I suspect your bearing failures were due to insufficient lubrication
to the #3 and #2 rod bearings - the chronic weak point on the R 16 engine.
The only fix is to cross drill the crank, or keep the revs below 6000 or so.
