about the car im getting

k guys this is the deal. im  just trying to find out if this deal is good or 
not(note: i know nothing of the value of these cars)

its a 70(9-69) new top, new breaks, the paint is 6 months old(red). im having 
trouble getting the title, but i can get it. oh, and the motor i about due 
for a timing kit($$$) 

im getting it for $500
how does that sound?
