You need to pop the top off the float bowl, turn it upside down, & check the
"jet". I'ts the small valve that lets the fuel into the bowl. It may be stuck
open. It can be removed from the top of the bowl w/ a small socket. Once you
have it out - shake it & see if it rattles. It should make a nice "sharp"
sound. Tick Tick - NOT clunk clunk. It can be carefully disassembled (itsy
bitsy little clip holding it together) and cleaned. Theres a little spring in
there - careful w/ it !. These are famous for gunking up & not working right
- so do the other one while you're at it.
