heater hoses

Getting a lot done on the interior and the engine (whenever i get addled by
the glue fumes!). Got a quick question, though. Heater hose connections.
Where to where? All right, students! Close your books, it's time for a
matching quiz: I've got pics, but they're all confusing. anyone got a
diagram as to how these things connect?
