I need help diagnosing the problem with my clutch on my Toyota Fourrunner. When I push in the clutch pedal the engine dies out. This happens even in neutral. I have never had this happen before. The truck has 270,000 miles on it and the clutch was changed just about 150,000 ago. I know I need a new clutch and pressure plate. What i can't understand is why it is doing this in neutral. My best guess is a broken finger or spring. Thanks for any and all help, Mike Nowroc |
