Good Fuel LInes??

Hello All,
        I am planning on replacing my underhood rubber fuel lines soon.
I have heard it said on the list to 'buy good quality lines' What does
that mean exactly??  What makes a good quality fule line? Next where
can I get one?? It seems like here in SF the only car parts places I 
ever see are the Grand Auto's.  I am told that they carry really bad 
cheap hoses??
