spring clip- on vertical throttle-bar

Hi List:

Is this part available anywhere? Mine's missing and I've never seen one. The 
spring clip holds the bottom throttle cable(to the carbs)  on the verticle 
throttle pivot bar. Nissan does not list a part# for it. Hmmm.
