I saw this car too.


It does appear to be a 68 with 70 side markers. Probably at some point in 
its life it had some work done and the fenders were replaced and the side 
lights put on. VIN tells the tale. If the numbers match and it falls within 
the correct numbers, then it is a 68 car that has been slightly modified.
