I had written earlier that WyCROC has about 45 cars in it with 30 more
around that we know of, plus 10 or so for sale... back in 91, I had a
list of 61 roadsters that I had seen in the newpaper or in person from
Colorado... of those cars, I haven't seen one in WyCROC... so I know
there are a ton more roadsters in this area! It's amazing how they hide
out... sometimes you see them heading the other way on the road and they
mistake your frantic gesturing as an insane way of saying "cool
car"... or you be driving out with the club and have one pull in
behind you and they don't even turn around to see just why eleven
roadsters were driving around together!?!?!? I would have to say
there are probably about 200-300 roadsters out here in Colorado... I
can even make a somewhat educated guess and say there have to be about
200+ in Missouri.
I think if every club advised this list of their current memberships
and cars they have seen, but haven't gotten into the club, we'd get a
pretty close count. I don't think California has 90% of the running
roadsters at all... more like 70-80% might be more realistic. Also,
you can't take the current registries as gospel... a lot of people
don't know about them or haven't put their info on them for whatever
reasons...

So I'll start this show... there are about 85 roadsters I know of in
the Wyoming/Colorado area (including one member from New Mexico).
