Laurie........
Sounds like this jerk has broken several  local, state, and, federal laws. 
First,
his daily behavior seems to violate many of the federal laws concerning equal
opportunity and workers rights. In addition, his actions towards you yesterday,
could constitute assualt, both verbal AND physical since a weapon was used.
If you have witnesses, then for God's sake use them. Contact the police and get 
a
good lawyer and sue the hell out of this guy. You could also go after the 
company
for allowing him in a management position.
The only question I would raise is why you allowed this to go on for so long.
This is a classic case of harassment.
Roadster Content: Got my comp, springs for my 68 any am starting to get things
back togather, This has been a major learning experience.
