Emissions testing? What's that? In Michigan (birthplace of auto polution) we
don't have emissions testing. All you need is insurance and a license plate.

Same goes for Ohio. You can even do it with a newer car if you can prove
to Ohio that it fits their definition of a 'Collectors" car. My friend has
his '86 Alfa registered as a collectors and requires no emissions test.
