mini spare

If anyone uses a mini spare, I would like to know the following:
1.  What size wheel and mini-tire?
2.  Does it fit on the front (I got one off a Z that fits on the rear only, 
the hole is too small for the front hub)
3.  Does it look like it sits too far into the body, or does it fill the 
wheel well (the offset of the one I have is so great the wheel sits way in).
4.  Do you know what car it came from?
