Check out the Dime Quarterly website and Kelvin Dietz's article on
building an EFI L-motor:

http://dimequarterly.tierranet.com/articles/tech_efi.html

Kelvin's gone way beyond that in the last couple of years with a VERY
nice VG-30 install, but this article will give you an idea of what's
involved. The printed original has plenty of pictures in case you need
more detail. Info on the website for ordering back issues from Sebastion
Hill, editor/publisher.

Electromotive also has a hot item (also high dollar) induction rig. You
can even get a crankfire ignition set up that does away with the
distributor. Should give stable timing from 0 RPM to around light speed.
