I'm running an electric "pusher" fan on my 2000, with a thermostatic switch
(on @ 210 off @ 180) wired to the accessory circuit. The fan never runs if
the car is in motion, but will cycle on for about one minute every five or
so if allowed to idle in 90+ deg weather. No problems whatsoever. BTW, my
radiator is a 4-row with standard tanks and overflow, running about 70% AF
30% water.
