1) It's the first 2000.

2) Low windshield and dash redesign are the biggest differences, other detail 
differences
include lack of side indicator lights, etc.

I love my '70 2000, but I will admit that the low windshield design is more 
balanced, more
aesthetically pleasing.  I learned recently that the windshield height was 
changed to
conform to new (at the time) US Federal Standards dictating more swept area for 
the
windshield wipers, dash redo was due to other safety requirements instituted at 
the same
time (no reflective surfaces in driver's field of view, padded dash, etc.).
