torque

Are the torque rates for the rear springs mounting bolts published anywhere.
Looking for the bolts thru the bushings that attach to the frame front and 
rear 
and the u bolts that go over the axle and attach to the plates under the 
springs.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, I've heard of a modification the the front bump stops when installing
the comp front springs. Does anyone know if this is posted anywhere or
what the mods are?
