As one person mentioned...all the symptoms I listed except for the one about 
the car rolling even with the clutch pedal down would seem to indicate a bad 
tranny. But then again, maybe if the clutch isn't engaging correctly, could 
that also cause the grinding of the tranny? I'm definitely going to try and 
take a look at the clutch master and slave cylinder later today....it's not 
like I can go anywhere right now!
