Last time I went to court for getting a ticket in my roadster, the kid in front
of me went before the judge for running a stop
sign and not having a license. The judge pretty much (excuse me) tore the kid a
new asshole. Then the judge asks why the kid was
even driving without a license. "Doesn't he know that it is against the law?".
The kid, feeling about an inch high, responds "No,
Sir. I did not even know that you needed a license to ride a 10 speed bicycle."
After the court room stop shaking from the
laughter, the judge (face completely red ) muttered something about "obey
traffic signs" and "dismissed".
I get about a ticket a year just to attend this arena of human interaction! I
love traffic court!
