Smog pump on 68' 1600

There are three fittings that come off of the smog pump, I know that one is
the Air Filter, another one is for the intake manifold, and the third
one.... well, that's the one i have a problem with, when i originally
opened the hood of the car when i started, the tube that was coming off of
it was chopped off right at the fitting...  so... I would like to know the
whereabouts of this lonely tubing.... thanks!
