Fiat engine under the hood of a roadster?

Terry, Please DON'T DO IT.

While the Fiat 124 engine was a neat motor in its time,
I still have nightmares of one that haunted me. 

If you really want to do an engine swap, I'd look for
a KA24 or VG30. Might as well have a modern engine if you
are going to all that work!

At least with the Datsun Motor's , you can adjust the
valves with a couple of wrenches... and not need a box
of $$$ shims for valve adjustment.
