Gerardo,

My memory may be faulty, but I recall the manifold as more silver than 
gunmetal grey. I bought the car new, so I know it was never repainted.  Since 
the car has had headers for over 30 years, the original is in a carton in my 
shed, I'll have to look at it one day. The interesting thing for a stock 
manifold it that is was not cast iron, but welded up sheet steel.
