Turn signal

Hi all,

Can't seam to get my license plate lights to work.

Have power to connection, I'm using a two filament bulb, is that my
problem?

On another not my right front turn signal does not work, it works when the
running lights are on and when the e-flashers are on but not when the turn
signal is on, any suggestions ?
