Brian,
A very good idea. Seems like it would be simple (a single word kiss of
death)to make a half loop that connects to the frame X somewhere aft of
the front u-joint. The loop would protect the driver and passenger, the
X frame section would keep the driveshaft from hitting the ground and
possibly launching the car. Has anyone fabricated a retaining strap --
how about you racers?
