Anything to do with the ease of removing the top? Or perhaps the amount of

While working on her M.B.A. thesis my wife found a quote in a textbook to
the effect that " convertibles are always equated with mistresses." This
was from the guy who came up with the "Put a tiger in your tank" slogan for
Exxon.
