Sorry for the bandwidth, but with all the Rallye talk, I want you guys to
see the email Dann Bramhall sent me. I sent him what I thought was a
fairly cordial email, reminiscing about old times when I used to order
all my parts from him. I also invited him to think about putting a small
ad in ZCCD so that those Roadster owners who aren't on the list could
learn about Rallye. Maybe he will post MY email to the list and you can
read it for yourselves. Anyway, this is what I got back.
All I can say is, I'm glad we have people like Les and Dean and Jim and
Stan to get our parts from now. I don't know what it is with Rallye. At
one time they were the nicest folks in the world to deal with. Not
anymore, in my opinion.
IAnybody want an old Rallye catalog and insert? Mine's available --
free.

Mr. Strachan
Do you really think by having your vin number we can send you
advertisements or use for any other reason then getting you the right
parts? You if anybody should know the foolishness of buying parts by
the year on your title. For most years it means nothing.
Does it really help to look up all of the parts for the wrong car? Or
better yet send the wrong parts?
People love to call up and tell us how our phone is busy, or today blast
us on the mailing list, and then talk about what color they are painting
their car. I don't mind talking about paint, but to also complain about
the phone being busy?
I just don't think it makes sense to talk about the cost of parts when
most people don't know what year car they really have, or in many cases,
that Nissan loves to change anytime in the year when they see room for
improvement.
Hate to be so cold but today hasn't been especially fun. A lot of nice
emails but a few turkeys in the pen as well.
Dann
