It was originally in the Buick Skylark, and also a few of the Pontiac Tempests
and Olds F-85's used it, then the rights to the engine were bought by Rover,
who used it in the P5 and P6.  Then in the Land Rover, Ranger Rover (still
used in those), MGB-GT V8, and recently in the MGR- V8.  I'm sure there have
been others .  There was also a prototype in the 60's of a mid-engine coupe
that would have been badged a Rover, but it was over-ruled by the head of
Jaguar, Sir William Lyons (Rover and Jaguar were part of British Leyland at
the time), as it would have been a threat to the E-type!
