advice sought on valve adjustment (1600, with aluminum cyl. hd)

Can anyone give me some advice on how to do a valve adjustment on a 1600
with aluminum cylinder head (or the standard iron one, assuming the
procedure is the same) -- If it's important, I've got a 5-main motor out
of a '68 installed.

Or if such instruction exists on the web, can you point me to it?
