There is/was a mailing list especially for Europa cars. The
lotus-cars@yahoogroups.com folks can point you to it.
What part of the word do you inhabit. You should get a local Europa person to
go see the car with you. Seriously.
If you buy one, the first thing to do is take off the body and look at
everything. I can tell you how to do this. It's not all that complicated.
BTW, I have also had Midgets. Fun cars! When I went from autocrossing a
Spridget to autocrossing a Europa, I had to get used to the fact that the Lotus
was much wider.
