BMC 948 Header source?

Can anyone suggest a good source for an exhaust header
for the 948 BMC A engine in my '61 Lotus Seven? The
car is a street car and I'm hoping to find something
that looks more or less like the original did. I'm
open to new or used parts--it's not a show car :-)
