Hello Ed,

There is a good article that appeared in either Classic and Sportscar or
Thoroughbred and Classic Car(both UK magazines) a few months ago on the
Alpine A110. Really a 1960s car, they made them into the 1970s. They wear
Renault badges.

At last month's vintage race in Subic (Philippines), a Japanese enthusiast
brought an A110, fresh from a ten-year restoration, for the sprints and
hillclimb. It is a tiny car, about as big as an Elan, and with flares and
scoops very striking in appearance. The Japanese enthusiast has an F40 and
an F50, and the A110 is his only vintage sports car. Says something about
the A110.

A Lotus enthusiast will warm up easily to an A110, I believe.

Regards,

Andres
