Thanks, Sean.  This brings up a question I've just recently had.  Does anyone 
make strong reproductions of the outboard Elan stub axles?  I know the inboards 
are made but the outboards (with the taper) can have a problem too if very 
grippy tires are used.

Another question:  Does Miles Wilkins have e-mail?
