If you are looking for these parts..(there are many more you could use
as well) and you are in the US I would go to Crower Camshafts in
California. They have a fine reputations (if you can get through).
Their series of 215/Rover8 camshafts are at
http://www.crower.com/14.pdf.
Some of their springs will require you to remachine your heads..but if
you go with their mild road performance camshaft you can use standard
springs. Rimmer Brothers in England sell comparable camshafts with
upgraded single springs from Real Steal which require no re-machining.
There is also RPi in England. All of them sell the correct lifters,
retainers etc.
You can find links to all these sites at GoMoG on the Plus 8 Parts page
at
http://www.gomog.com/plus8parts.html
If you are the camshaft area...change your timing chain to a duplex. The
original timing chains are a big weak point on the engine and it can be
easily remedied. A dial-in adjuster for the camshaft and adjustable
pushrods would be worth inquiring about too.
