Leon-
I haven't actually gotten to the point of having my headers coated yet, they
are the MGR style & I want to fit & cut the inner fenders before coating. I
will do the Jet-Hot deal, based on what I have read & seen. They have a nice
web page, <www.jet-hot.com> & there is a link on my web page under general
parts. I contacted them a month or so ago, & they sent a complete brochure &
a video, which I haven't gotten around to yet.
There are some ceramic coatings that are better at heat containment than Jet
Hot, but they are not as resistant to abrasion & wrench banging, & they are
not as nice looking. Everything is a trade off. Jet Hot does reduce engine
bay temps, looks good, & is very hard, so this is the way I am going.
