Available restoration spaces in the Boston area?

Hmmm. Finally got my Rover back from the mechanic's and there's more 
wrong with it now than when I gave it to him. I've decided to bite 
the bullet and do this myself.

However, I'm looking to see if anybody knows of cooperative garage 
space or the like that can be rented or obtained in the greater 
Boston area.  If I have to resort to just getting one of those rental 
storage areas, does any body know of ones that don't mind people 
working on their cars there?
