tr6 name plate

I need a little help placing the tr6 nameplate (1970) on, over the passenger
tail light.  Does anyone know exactly where it goes?  I am guessing I drill from
the outside, insert the rubber plugs and push in the nameplate.
Any help before I drill would be appreciated.... thanks
