It sounds like the toe is too far out, that is, the front of the wheels are
further apart than the backs.  The spec calls for no or slight toe-in.
It's an easy job for any alignment shop to do; just ask them to set the
toe-in.  Most local shops won't talk to me if I ask for an alignment; they
just don't know it's a single adjustment that takes only a few minutes.

car looks like this, it's not a toe-out problem.  Your tie-rod is broken!)
