Washington, D.C. is not just the murder capital of the country (eh,
it's not even that--3rd place, I think) it *seems* like the Jaguar
capital of the country. I commute by bike into Georgetown from
Bethesda, MD and the closer I get to DC, the more Jags there are.
Mostly boring (apologies to Jag owners, I'm only saying that
because I can't afford one) late model Jags.
But last summer I saw a beautiful white sports coupe parked on N St.
It was so sexy I didn't realize it was a Jag (ha!) until I'd circled it a
couple of times. Looked to be from the early 60's but I really don't
know. I didn't see any identifying model #s. What could it have
been and why don't I see them more often? It had Virginia tags.
Anyone on this list want to fess up? (Need a passenger? I have
a flexible schedule...)
