Body solder vs plastic filler


Plastic filler, when kept thin , is (IMO) a quite acceptable.  The bad 
reputation that bondo has is from people who stick a peice of screen in back of 
the huge rust hole they have and start to spread it like frosting on a cake.

Plenty of new cars have plastic filler over welds and other minor imperfections.
