The requirement to be on these lists is simple.  All one needs is a reliable
email address.  The key word here is reliable.  If I start getting consistent
errors from your address, off the list you go.

Now, suppose somebody at your site changes something, and mail from here
can no longer get to you.  What do you think the chances are that you will
get mail from me saying you can't get mail from me?
