Does anyone in a rough emissions area have the standards that 75 & 76 B's
are expected to live up to? It looks like the Atlanta metro area will be
going back twenty years in 1995 and I'd like to find out whether our cars
will pass before we get to this nasty juncture. If anyone has stats for a
75 or 76 B that list emissions requirements for the time, please let me
know. Also, are there any tuning or modification tips for reducing
emissions, albeit temporarily?
