A scandal that some journalists are stumbling on:
In Europe, manufacturers are required to add something (mustard?) to glycol
to make it taste so pad to animals and kids that they will not drink it.
Costs like 2 cents US per gallon bottle. US manufacturers add it to stuff
that is to be shipped to Europe, but won't put it in the USA stuff. Why not?
I have heard that propeline glycol is not as stable and is inferior to
etylene glycol. The yucky additive for etylene glycol is not supposed to
harm its performance.
