I know about magnesium's flamabilities. Any machine shop will tell you
they have to use non-water-soluable lubricants (when machining) because the
water-soluable ones will ignite (actually help ignite) the metal! The
shavings then EXPLODE! (not good for a $150,000 Mazak!)

I have heard/read many interesting things about mag-ribbon. Where can one
purchase some??
