TR4 questions

Does anybody remember the "occasional seat" option for the TR4?  I've been
looking for one, but can't seem to get lucky.  Does anybody know of one that
I could see / take a pattern from / buy?  I'm also looking for the board that
covers the spare.  anybody know where one is?  

How about this for a FAQ?  "Should I / How do I convert to negative ground?"
