Shop or storage space in the South Bay

I'm looking for a place to store several cars (it would be nice
if I could also work on them there).  I've looked at shop space
in San Jose, but most of the space is too large (and therefore
too expensive -- 1500 sq. ft. for $700/mo).

Is there anyone out there who has shop or storage space to share,
or is looking for shop or storage space to share?  1st choice is
Willow Glen area, second is San Jose, third is South Bay.
