Mid-Ohio race track.

has none"

Good turn out of minis and sprites, no carnage in the race this year.
Brad Baker, Dick Faille and Bob Tarzewell had the
fastest minis, within tenths of a second in qualifying times. Baker
was fastest in the qualifying race, beating Faille by a car length.
Tarzewell was the fastest mini in the race, beaten only by a 1275
Bugeye, to whom he had sold the go fast parts... and Jahimiak's
pseudo vintage F Production speedwell(read not vintage legal most
places)

I started 11th, finished 7th overall, 2d in class. Great fun passing
the folks ahead of me...did exceed my mental rev limit and took the
engine up to 8000 for two or three laps, engine ran great although a
bit hot (it was 90+F and humid there).

of being of the most popular, most maligned and least understood of human
activities.
