perhaps the fuel pump pressure is higher than normal? I think B's had SU electrics, and if you reassemble them wrong you can get quite high fuel pressures (and the vary a bit depending on luck, I don't think they were calibrated). Wierd that one sticks even after cleaning. Have you tried swapping them? if it's pressure or some other issue, like floats, the problem would stay. If it's a bad valve, it'll move (and just buy a replacement). Randell |
