Check out any of the specialty insurers in any issue of Hemmings
Motor News (Condon & Skelly, American Collectors, etc.)

All require the vehicle be a very limited use (usually less than
2500 miles) vehicle, with no commuting, etc.

As your Jag is over 25 years old, have you checked out getting
antique plates for it?  If the vehicle has antique tags, it is
more acceptable to the specialty insurers.
