Choke adjustment on 1500 Midget

Now that the mornings are getting "chilly" here in New England, anyone
have advise on setting up and adjusting the choke on the stromberg
carb on the 1500? During warm weather, the car starts up on the 
first or second attempt, now it takes a bit longer with the "help"
of starting fluid.
